    Niche Position and Specialization in Target Segment

    Grupo Security’s strategy is focused on providing innovative and segmented products to a well-defined niche market of large and medium-sized companies and affluent individuals. This focus has allowed us to achieve a solid brand image in our niche markets and strong customer loyalty. By implementing a strategy based on offering personalized, specialized products and services segmentation, we have diversified our revenue sources and expanded our service offerings over the years, while at the same time staying focused on our core customer segmentation.

    Strong Financial Position and Shareholder Support

    Through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions we have reported consistent profitability since 1991, achieving a 10% CAGR in Net Income over the past 5 years. All businesses contributed to this performance, with the bank reporting 17% CAGR in net income and the asset management unit expanding its AUM at 12% CAGR during that period. The lending business area maintains strong asset quality with risk levels consistently below the industry average. Additionally, our management team and board of directors all have significant financial industry experience and have held their positions for many years providing stability for the company.

    Grupo Security is controlled by a group of long-term shareholders, which hold 73% of the shares outstanding and have exhibited a strong commitment to support the company with ten capital increases totaling US$867 million since its creation. They are actively involved in the Group’s decision making processes and participate on the boards and committees of each of the businesses.
