Mr. Salinas was named Chief Executive Officer of Group Security in 2022. He joined the Group in 2003 as Planning and Development Manager and was later promoted to Corporate Finance and Performance Manager.

Before being appointed CEO, he was on the board of Corredora de Bolsa de Valores Security, an entity regulated by the Financial Market Commission (CMF), where he contributed in-depth knowledge of Chilean capital markets. 

He has over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, new business development, strategic planning and performance management. Between 1996 and 2003, he held various positions at Banmédica, a leading healthcare company in Latin America.

Mr. Salinas earned his MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University. He holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
