Gonzalo Pavez is a businessman with more than 20 years’ experience in the financial sector.

Mr. Pavez has been on the board of Vida Security since 2017 and Factoring Security since 2014.

He currently sits on the board of Sigdo Koppers S.A. and Energía Latin S.A. Before that, he was on the board of SKC Maquinarias S.A., which represents the machinery brands Volvo, Manitou, Toyota and SDLG, among others, and SKC Maquinarias S.A.C. Perú, which represents the same brands in Peru.

He has held diverse positions in the financial sector, including at Banco Security as a risk analyst in 1999 and then an account executive in the large companies segment from 2001 to 2004. In 2004 he took on the same role at Bank Boston / Bank of America, and then a similar position at Corpbanca from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2013, he worked as a Wealth Management Senior Executive at Celfin Capital/BTG Pactual.

Gonzalo Pavez has a degree in business administration from Universidad Gabriela Mistral. He is married and has four children.
