Consuelo Raby currently sits on the board of directors of Innergy Holdings S.A., Gasoducto del Pacífico S.A. and Norgas S.A. She was chairwoman of the board of Empresa Portuaria Talcahuano San Vicente since 2018 and was vice-chairwoman of the board of ENAP between 2021 and 2022. Ms. Raby co-founded Script, a digital platform that contains automated legal documents.

A licensed attorney, she spent 15 years as an associate and then a director at Carey y Cía., acquiring vast experience in corporate and contract law. After that she was appointed Corporate Legal Manager and secretary to the board at Parque Arauco S.A., managing that company's legal affairs in Chile, Peru and Colombia for almost five years.

Previously, she was recognized by her peers as a leading lawyer for three years in a row (2013, 2014 and 2015), obtaining second and third place in the ranking of Leading Lawyers Chile in the Corporate category.

Consuelo has a bachelor's degree in law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (www.uc.cl) (1996) and an L.L.M. from Duke University (www.duke.edu), North Carolina, USA (2002).
